Angie Harmon was an American actress, model and singer who appeared in a variety of television and film productions in the last few years. She began as a model, but when she received international recognition, she decided to take on acting. In 1995 she began acting with the TV series "Baywatch Nights". Harmon's voice was used in the animated version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' At the beginning of 2000, Harmon decided to focus only on films and quit working in TV series. After a brief appearance in a couple of films then she returned to acting in television series. The year 2008 saw her being among of a handful of actresses to pose discreetly nude in 'Allure Magazine'. As Detective Jane Rizzoli, she has appeared on TNT's 'Rizzoli & Isles. As a detective, Harmon was widely acknowledged and recognized. The work of Angie Harmon has earned her many nominations over the years. Additionally, she was awarded several prizes.
