Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. A talent agent recognized her talents and convinced her to make a profession acting or modeling. After much consideration, she left the University to enter the world of entertainment. Her debut came in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, but she wasn't thrilled with how the film turned out. Her acting skills were developed through her appearance in low budget films. Although it was not an easy path to take however, her determination and tenacity were well-rewarded. The acting career began when she was able to earn fame, positive reviews and appreciation for her part as a character in Training Day.
